Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, especially compared to some of the less modern properties we stayed in. The hotel provides free parking, which was one of the main reasons we chose it. They even have a car valet service. The staff is kind and tries to be helpful. However, their English is quite basic, and at times we needed to use a translation app to communicate. The location is convenient. We enjoy walking, and it took us about 20 minutes to reach Gaziantep Castle. From there, other points of interest in the city center are just a few minutes away. The Zeugma Mosaic Museum is about a 30-minute walk from the hotel. It's located beyond a wide road that does not have any pedestrian crossing in sight. You can safely cross it, though, by passing through the Gaziantep Train Station tunnel that goes under it. Another nice detail: just a 5-minute walk away, there's a street lined with excellent baklava parlors. Remember that Gaziantep is the world capital of pistachio. Except for the Zeugma Mosaics Museum and the bazar, Gaziantep did not impress us much. We definitely liked Sanliurfa and Mardin better, but this might have to do with the fact that we did not have a lot of time to explore the city.

Although most of the staff didn't speak English, they were very helpful and worried about the guests. They always made you feel really welcome. The wifi was excellent, the breakfast very good, inside the room you had all sort of amenities. The Havaş bus from the airport stops behind the hotel and you can take it back at the same stop.

Very comfortable. Helpful staff. Valet car parking made life easy. Great breakfast. Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby. 10% discount as a hotel guest at Bosy Chef's fine dining restaurant next door. Area felt very safe. Provided a breakfast box as we were leaving very early for the airport. We walked to the bazaar, not very near but my 97 year old father managed to get there and back at a slow pace.

Great Stay at Hampton by Hilton Gaziantep I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Gaziantep. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel is also in a great central location, close to shops and restaurants. What stood out most was the quality of service — the team went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

This is a new, clean hotel, centrally located, with comfortable rooms and bathroom. The breakfast was varied but a bit chaotic and very tight for tables. Also, unfortunately, very few or almost none of the staff speak English (or Spanish, or French), and very few make the effort to even try. Clearly making it frustrating for guests. This is a sad reality for a large, North American company like Hilton. Upon checking in, neither of the two staff workers at the reception desk were able to communicate basic instructions about the reservation or hotel procedures. Very frustrating!

I visited with a group of 19 people. The communication with the hotel was incredible from the beginning. We checked-in quite late (11pm) but they had all the rooms and keys prepared for our arrival, thus it took us only a few minutes to check-in the whole group. Rooms are modern, (extremely) spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Service has been amazing. All the staff is polite and always anticipating our needs. I must thank Kadir, who has been amazing in making sure that we have a comfortable stay. I must say breakfast is the jewel of the crown. Vast, varied and fresh. Coffee is good, no matter if you go for traditional Turkish coffee or an Italian-style espresso, you'll get a good one. I'd totally recommend to any kind of visitors.

The beds were excellent as was the breakfast. Staff was kind and proactively helpful. Location allowed me to walk to the rental car agency and the Havaş bus to the airport was a two minute walk away.

The staff was very helpful and proactive in meeting our needs. Breakfast was very good, better than the same level of hotel in the USA. Since we spoke Turkish I do not know how good the staff's English was.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to transport. The hotel and rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Also would like to add that the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
