Hampton By Hilton Gaziantep

I visited with a group of 19 people. The communication with the hotel was incredible from the beginning. We checked-in quite late (11pm) but they had all the rooms and keys prepared for our arrival, thus it took us only a few minutes to check-in the whole group. Rooms are modern, (extremely) spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Service has been amazing. All the staff is polite and always anticipating our needs. I must thank Kadir, who has been amazing in making sure that we have a comfortable stay. I must say breakfast is the jewel of the crown. Vast, varied and fresh. Coffee is good, no matter if you go for traditional Turkish coffee or an Italian-style espresso, you'll get a good one. I'd totally recommend to any kind of visitors.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to transport. The hotel and rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Also would like to add that the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The location of the hotel is at a commercial center where the tram stops in front of the hotel so very convenient to go everywhere which reachable by tram. the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is great and many options. What is very nice is the staff, from reception to cleaning staff are super friendly and try their best to help. especially the young sweet guy Osman at the reception, he smiles a lot and gave me great help during my whole stay, very professional, many thanks to him. Definitely will come back next time when I visit Gaziantep again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and nice, they smile to you, ask you if you need anything whenever they see you and seem pleased to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable with an impeccable wifi connection and everyday when you get back to your room after breakfast the room has been cleaned with the beds made, clean towels and water. The breakfast is great too and the waffle maker really is a plus ! The hotel is very well located with a tramway station, a migros and a pharmacy just in front, restaurants just behind it and a mall close by and it is also close to the historic places and the old souk of Gaziantep. I definitely recommend as we enjoyed a very pleasant stay there very much and would reiterate if we're to come back to Gaziantep again !!

An excellent location, a few cafes and restaurants, banks, etc. nearby. Excellent service and friendly staff. Comfy bed and good breakfast.
